Here is a collection of stills from the Amplified 2010 Opener.
Amplified is a weekend designed for students and is always fantastic. This past weekend a thousand students from a bunch of churches got together and experienced something amazing. Great speakers, worship, workshops, outreach, and fun. Col and I also had the privilege of hosting a bunch of 10th grade guys at our house.
I had the honor and terror of trying to put together an opening for the whole weekend. Despite the short deadline something magical came together that had little to do with me. Large projects like this can be absolutely terrible without the Holy Spirit. My best days and best work are only so good. It’s a blessing to be able to work on things that are God-breathed and have the potential to impact lives.
Maybe another day I’ll get into how these projects actually get accomplished.
